We wish that you never return or cancel any order, but if you still have to, then the following cases would apply:

The order has not been shipped:

If the order is not shipped and if you cancel it would be a Cancelled order. In this scenario, we will refund the entire amount immediately.

 

The order has been shipped and not yet delivered:

If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse.

 

The order has been shipped and delivered:

If the order is shipped and you cancel, we would call it a returned order. We offer you a 'No Questions Asked' return policy. You can return the products within 30 days of receiving your shipment in its original packaging for a full refund. We hope you understand that we can process refunds only after the product is received in our warehouse in good condition and in the original shipping box. To ensure that your returns are accepted by our Quality team, please ensure you take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not affect the original condition of the products in any way. Therefore, it is recommended that you try on your apparels indoors.


When and how can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order at any point of time. If you cancel an order before the product is shipped then the refund process would start immediately. But if you cancel the product once the product is shipped, then the 'Return Policy' applies. To cancel an order, you can get in touch with Customer Care with your order number, or send an email to care@colormode.in

 

Exchange/Return of 'Fashion Jewellery' would not be entertained due to hygiene purposes.


Can I cancel / return a part of the order?
You cannot cancel a part of the order.

 

What's the return / exchange policy?
We offer a 30 day 'NO QUESTIONS ASKED' return policy. This means is that you can cancel your order and return your product within 30 days of purchasing it. We will refund what you paid for it in full in case of a return.

 

How long will the refund take?
In case we have not shipped the order, we will process the refund on the same business day and it should get credited in your account within a week. In case of returned order we will process  your refund within a week of  receiving the product back in our warehouse, provided the product is not damaged, not used (tried-on is ok) and returned in original product box with complete packaging. So that you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition.


How will I get my refund?
In case the payment is done by credit card/net banking, the refund amount plus self-shipping reimbursement (if you have shipped your return yourself) would be refunded to your card / account.

 

How will I get the refund if I return a COD order?
Your COD refund plus self-shipping reimbursement (if you have shipped your return yourself) can either be in form of cheque addressed to the recipient sent to the shipping address or in form of NEFT. If you want a quick refund please provide the following information to  refund@colormode.in:

  • Account Holder's Name
  • Account Number
  • Bank Name
  • Branch Name/Address
  • IFSC Code

 

Do I get charged for returning products?

We do not charge any fees for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us.

If you are required to ship your returns back to us yourself, a shipping cost of Rs 100 would be reimbursed as part of your return refund amount as compensation for the inconvenience.

 

What locations are covered for pickups?

We are constantly endeavouring to increase coverage of locations where pickup service is available. You can find out whether your location is covered by contacting of Customer Care team in case you wish to have your returns picked up.

Return Procedure

You can get in touch with our Customer Care to place your returns request. After guiding you through the process, our Customer Care Executive will inform you whether we can organize a pickup of your return or if you would be required to arrange for shipment of your returns yourself.

Inscribe the returns address (Colormode-Returns, Indusmode Apparels Pvt. Ltd., 73, Phase 1, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon-122016) on the package and hand it over to our pickup team or self ship it. Please ensure that the product is returned in original product box with complete packaging.


Note:

  • In case you have opted for colormode to organize the pickup of your return, our logistics team will organize the pickup within 24-48 hours of placement of the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team. On pickup, you will receive a receipt with the tracking number of your returns consignment. Please retain this till we confirm receipt of your consignment.
  • If your pincode is not covered by our pickup services, you would need to self-ship the return item. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs 100 towards your shipping costs. This is subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.
